The Whimsical Wicks Co. wasn't founded by gladiators, wandering dogs, or lost magicians — though life as a father of two munchkins sometimes feels like an ancient battle wrapped in a magic trick. Our story is simpler. And way more flammable.
The Story
We're a small, family-owned candle studio based in New Hampshire. Every candle is made by hand in our home workshop using natural soy wax, clean ingredients, and a healthy disregard for what's appropriate. Nothing here is mass-produced. Nothing ships from a giant factory in a country we can't pronounce. We pour in small batches, label by hand, and say what everyone else is too polite to say out loud.
It started as a creative outlet during nap times and late nights. Now it's a full-time passion, a mild obsession, and the reason there's wax on basically every surface in our house. We love making candles that smell incredible and make people laugh out loud at the label. The world is serious enough. Your candle doesn't have to be.

Natural soy wax. US-sourced fragrance oils. No phthalates, no parabens, no animal testing. Just a flame with personality.

We name candles after the stuff people are actually thinking. Birthdays, breakups, weddings, divorces, in-laws. The full human catalog.
