How do I earn points?
Shop, leave a review, refer a friend, celebrate your birthday, follow us on social — basically just exist in our world and points will find you.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Log into your account, head to the Whimsical Points page, and apply your discount at checkout. It's embarrassingly easy.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
Points earned on returned items will be removed from your balance. Fair is fair.
Do my points expire?
Nope. Earn them, hoard them, use them whenever you're ready. We're not going anywhere.
How long do I qualify for each tier?
Your tier is based on your total spend over the past 12 months and recalculates automatically. Keep shopping, keep climbing.
Do subscription orders qualify for points?
We don't offer subscriptions — every order is a one-time purchase and every one earns you points.

Generally no - one discount per order. But your points will still be there waiting for next time.
