Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Whimsical Wicks Co. As all of our candles are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders within the United States or Canada unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
All sales are considered final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@whimsicalwicksco.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by The Whimsical Wicks Co.
Replacement Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your replacement. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Personalized or custom candles
• Used or burned candles
• Orders with minor variations inherent to handmade products
