Products, Pricing & Availability
We work hard to make sure product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. Occasionally, an error may occur: a product may be mispriced or listed as available when it's actually out of stock. If this happens, we reserve the right to correct the error, cancel the affected order, and issue a full refund.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee that we will accept it. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You may request to change or cancel your own order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, or once an order has shipped or production has begun on a custom item, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods, described in our Billing Policy. We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or review any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, are limited to one use per customer, and may be subject to a minimum order value or expiration date.
