Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the number of items in your order.
- Standard Shipping: $5.95 for the first item, $4.95 for each additional item (3-5 business days)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: The Whimsical Wicks Co. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: The Whimsical Wicks Co. takes care to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@whimsicalwicksco.com. We will work with you to ensure a prompt replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
